Mentoring & Coaching Services Offered

I offer personal mentoring and coaching to executive level leaders and director teams in 60-90 minute, half day and full day formats. At a minimum, engagements are seasonal, but may be half-year or annual depending on the scope of work. Specific competency in offering support for:

• Social profit visioning, organization creation & strategic direction.
• Coaching board and staff in Executive Director succession planning with processes and practices that support long term organizational thriving. 
• Building inclusive, empowered, and deeply satisfying organizational & community culture.
• Transforming hierarchical systems into democratized workplaces that feature regenerative & shared leadership practices. 
• Participatory budgeting, shared financial responsibility and abundance-mentality fundraising strategies.
• Imagining, creating and implementing visionary program development that meets real community needs.
• Building collaborative partnerships that prioritize mutual investment and serve the common good.

I offer personal mentoring and coaching to individuals, typically in 60-90 minutes working sessions held biweekly. Specific interest and ability in supporting:

• Visioning and manifesting courage, passion and purpose in work while meeting emergent community needs.
• Major transitions in work & career, primary relationship, and other life events. 
• Exploring and dismantling culturally conditioned male role definitions in personal and professional settings, and building more fulfilling connections and relationships.
